Long before the company formally existed, the work started in live audio — learning how systems behave in real environments where failure isn't an option. Churches became the training ground. Running live sound, troubleshooting problems in real time, and being mentored by people who understood that technology only matters when it works the way people need it to.
As the experience grew, so did the work. One of the earliest residential projects was a surgeon's home in Atlanta — a house prewired for AV but still running on a system that had never really been updated. What started as an AV upgrade expanded into cameras, WiFi, and ongoing support. That project led to referrals. Referrals led to more homes. Churches continued calling. Commercial work followed naturally after that.
