Smart Home Products Work Until They Don't
Everything Is on a Different App
Lights on one app. Thermostat on another. Cameras somewhere else. Shades on a third. None of it talks to each other and none of it works the way you imagined when you bought it.
One system. One app. Everything integrated and working together from day one.
Automations That Stop Working
Consumer smart home devices are designed to sell in a box — not to run reliably for years. Firmware updates break automations. Devices lose connection. Hubs go offline. You spend more time maintaining it than using it.
Professional-grade platforms designed for long-term reliability. Installed and configured properly so routines hold.
Wires Everywhere and Hubs on Every Shelf
A smart home that looks like a science experiment — visible cables, power strips full of smart plugs, a shelf of hubs and bridges that have to stay powered on for anything to work.
Clean installation. Wires in the wall. No visible clutter. The technology disappears into your home.
Nothing Talks to Anything Else
Your lights don't know when the shades close. Your security system doesn't know when you leave. Your audio system doesn't respond when you walk in the door. Everything operates independently when it should be responding together.
Systems designed to integrate from day one. One scene command sets your whole home.
The WiFi Fails Where You Actually Use It
The bedroom works. The patio doesn't. The basement buffers constantly. Video calls drop the second you walk outside. Consumer mesh systems weren't designed for larger homes, dense construction, or outdoor coverage.
Properly designed whole-home WiFi with wired access points and enterprise-grade infrastructure for reliable coverage everywhere you actually use your home.
Smart home installs across the Bronx, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, and Long Island — lighting systems, home theaters, surveillance builds, whole-home WiFi, and full smart home integrations.
Every Home Is Different. Every System Is Custom.
We Start With How You Live.
Before anything gets designed or ordered, we sit down and understand how you actually live. Morning routines. How you entertain. How you want the house to feel when you come home at the end of the day. The system gets built around that — not a product catalog.
We Design Everything to Work Together.
Lighting, shades, home theater, surveillance, and WiFi — designed as one integrated system. Everything responding to the same scenes and commands. The way your home runs reflects how you live — not which apps happen to be compatible.
The Best Technology Is the Technology You Don't Notice.
Wiring in the walls. Equipment out of sight. Speakers that blend into the ceiling. Keypads that look like they belong there. The technology should disappear into the home — not sit on a shelf reminding you it exists. The goal isn't a smarter house. It's a calmer one.
We Install It Clean and Make Sure It Works Before We Leave.
Wires in the wall. Clean mounting. No visible clutter. Everything tested and working before we leave. And when something needs attention after the install — you call us directly.

One scene. Whole home. One tap.
Built Around How You Live.

Smart Lighting
Light changes how a room feels. Morning light that eases you awake. Soft evening scenes for dinner. One tap that sets the whole house for a movie. Scheduled, automated, and integrated with your shades and AV — so the right light for the moment is always there without thinking about it.

Motorized Shades
Motorized shades that open with the sunrise, close at sunset, and respond to the same scenes as your lighting. Light filtering and blackout in one system. Scheduled, voice controlled, or triggered automatically.
We offer both Lutron and BTX motorized shade systems depending on project goals, window sizes, aesthetic preferences, and budget requirements.

Scene Control & Automation
One button sets your whole home. Good Morning turns on the lights, opens the shades, and starts your music. Good Night turns everything off, arms your cameras, and sets the temperature. Built around your routine — not a template. We also offer Control4 installations for clients who require the Control4 ecosystem — with certified Control4 technicians handling programming and commissioning.

Multi-Room Audio
Music throughout your home with cleanly integrated multi-room audio systems. Kitchen, patio, living room, bedroom, basement — every zone controlled independently or grouped together instantly. Built around how you actually listen at home, with discreet speakers and centralized equipment that disappears into the space.

Outdoor Entertainment
Outdoor audio, TVs, landscape speakers, patio WiFi, and lighting control integrated into the same smart home system as the rest of your house. Backyard movie nights, entertaining, and outdoor music — controlled from the same app and scenes as your interior spaces.

Smart Climate & Comfort
Integrated thermostats, occupancy-aware temperature control, and automation scenes that make your home respond naturally throughout the day. Comfort settings tied into lighting, shades, and home modes automatically.

Common Questions
How does the process work for a smart home project?+
It starts with a consultation — we sit down, understand how you live, and design around that. Flat-rate quote before anything gets ordered. No surprises.
Can you work in apartments and co-ops?+
Yes. We work in apartments, co-ops, condos, and single-family homes throughout the Bronx, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, and Long Island. Scope is adjusted for rental versus owned units and building requirements.
Can you integrate with what I already have?+
Sometimes. We assess existing equipment and tell you honestly what integrates cleanly and what doesn't. We don't replace things that perform — but we won't force incompatible devices into a system they'll fight.
Do smart home systems require ongoing subscription fees?+
Depends on the platform. The professional systems we install — Lutron, URC, and Savant — have no required subscriptions. Control4 has optional cloud services. We're straightforward about any costs when designing your system.
Do you offer Control4 installations?+
Yes. For clients who require the Control4 ecosystem, we offer Control4 installations with certified Control4 technicians handling programming and commissioning. Ask us about Control4 during your consultation.
What smart home platforms do you support?+
We primarily design around URC, Savant, and Lutron ecosystems because of their reliability, clean integration, and long-term stability. We also offer Control4 installations for clients who specifically prefer the Control4 platform. Depending on the project, we integrate additional systems including Sonos, Ring, Nest, Ubiquiti, and other residential technologies.
Can you hide all the equipment and wiring?+
Yes. One of the biggest differences between professional integration and DIY smart home systems is that the technology disappears into the home. Equipment can be centralized in racks, wiring hidden in walls, and speakers and keypads selected to blend naturally into the space.
How long does a smart home installation take?+
Depends on scope. A focused lighting and shade installation typically runs 1–2 days. A full smart home build covering lighting, shades, home theater, surveillance, and WiFi typically runs 3–7 days depending on home size and complexity.
Do you serve homes in New Jersey, Long Island, and Westchester?+
Yes. We install smart home systems throughout the Greater NYC Metro — the Bronx, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, Long Island, Rockland County, and surrounding areas.
